Woodstock Fine Arts Association History

"Color Me Spring" 2002

Linda Kristensen, WFAA Board member with her table "Beatrix Potter," 2009

Spring Luncheon

The first Woodstock Fine Arts Association Spring Luncheon was held in the home of Helen Wright in 1979. It was held to raise funds to purchase furniture for the newly renovated Woodstock Opera House.

This event has gained in popularity every year, becoming the signature fundraiser. All board members work together the day of the luncheon, welcoming and serving our guests. Board members, present and past, decorate the themed tables. They are always unique, as we use our own china, silver, linens and ingenuity to decorate the colorful tables.
